I am making a plea to everyone who reads this, please, please

DO NOT TAKE ANY VACCINE THAT IS PURPORTED TO ‘PREVENT’ THIS FLU.

Remember 1976 and the so called Swine Flu outbreak that was purported to be a coming pandemic? It only infected recruits at Ft. Dix. Why? Because I believe that the so called Swine Flu virus infected the recruits due to the vaccines they were given. Whether the government developed the Swine Flu 1976 virus and infected the recruits as a means to test the public to see if people would comply with a call to take vaccination against Swine Flu, or the recruits became infected via contaminated vaccine they were given as part of the recruit regimen, that outbreak was as phony as they come. I was one of the people duped into taking a Swine Flu shot and it made me so sick. I was sick in bed for three months after taking the vaccine.

Do not take seasonal flu vaccine if you are told that it could help prevent this brand new Swine Flu variant. It won’t do a thing to prevent this flu. What it will do is serve up new genetic material to the Swine Flu virus that I have dubbed Spanish Flu 2, the Sequel. The Spanish Flu variant will use the gene sequences in the vaccine in humans to develop more of the changes that make the virus more readily infect humans. We do not want to give this virus more human genetic material so that it will infect humans more readily person to person. This is what vaccinated individuals do for pandemic strains.

There is also a safety issue in any experimental vaccine, much like the one in 1976. Some people even feel that such a vaccine for pandemic strain might require more than one vaccination which could actually be a binary set up. The first shot might just add some genetic code that stays dormant in the body until one gets the second vaccine shot which then serves to only cause infection. It could trigger Guillain-barre syndrome, Typhus or some other condition.An Influenza vaccine does not protect or prevent a person from contracting flu. It is purported to, maybe, prevent some complications of flu and maybe shorten duration. I am not even sure it does that. Personally, I feel the vaccine weakens our immune system and also sickens us due to contaminants in the vaccine. I feel that people can better protect themselves by washing hands often and thoroughly. People should also use protective gloves when out and about during epidemics. Don’t be afraid of “looking odd.” I would not be ashamed to use a mask and gloves. I see that the Mexicans are using them.

A big problem during a pandemic is that these simple supplies will become extremely scarce awfully quickly. Stock up now. Medical supplies. personal hygene supplies and don’t forget fido, or any other pet. Once a pandemic hits, it will be too late to stock up. Water, too.
We may lose clean water and electric power, so be prepared.

So, please, people, DON’T TAKE ANY VACCINES OFFERED. THEY COULD KILL YOU BEFORE ANY VIRUS KILLS YOU.

SWINE FLU IN MEXICO: THE "NEW" BIRD FLU

We knew this was coming. Even though the bird flu hype was removed years ago from the nightly news, planning for the global pandemic and the development of pandemic flu vaccines has continued with little notice. Our government has instructed FEMA, made checklists for Homeland Security, given action plans to State and local authorities. These plans include methods and drills for global inoculation with a vaccine that will no doubt have the same deadly consequences as the Swine Flu vaccine in 1976.

My book, FOWL!, published in 2006, foretold the events that are now happening in Mexico. Reported death rates are skyrocketing, from 20 to 60 to 86, in a matter of hours. More than 1,300 others have supposedly become ill with "suspected" cases of the infection and reports are coming in from various States and Canada of swine flu. There are no sources or references given with these numbers; we have to take the word of CNN. A short look back at plans that were put in place several years ago will confirm this is not a spontaneous eruption and the solution – global vaccination – has been in the works for quite some time.

HISTORY REPEATING

Even though April 30, 1975 marked the end of the U.S. presence in Vietnam, young men across the country continued to sign up for the all-volunteer army. Just after the Christmas holiday in 1975, thousands of enthusiastic new army recruits reported to the barracks at Fort Dix, New Jersey, to begin basic training. However, by mid-January, many were complaining of flulike symptoms; a few had even been hospitalized.

One recruit reported to his drill instructor that he felt tired and weak. Given the option to rest, he opted instead to participate in a five-mile training march on a cold February night. Twenty-four hours later, on February 6, 1975, the 19-year-old Pvt. David Lewis of Ashley Falls, Massachusetts, was dead. Word arrived the following week from the CDC laboratory that his death was caused by an unusual influenza type A virus. Particularly worrisome was that four other samples taken from ill recruits at Fort Dix had also tested positive for influenza A virus—a type that had previously been detected only in pigs.

Within three weeks of Lewis’ death – the only person ever confirmed to have died from swine flu on the entire military base – researchers and public health officials converged in Washington to persuade members of Congress to implement a costly new program to vaccinate the country. A nationwide campaign, launched with the urgency of a five-alarm fire, was started by the CDC which ramped up the vaccine production with millions of government dollars allocated to develop of a novel vaccine for mass vaccination.

The same five-alarm fire is happening today. This morning, April 26, 2009, the federal government declared a public health emergency, as the number of cases of swine flu in the U.S. rises to a mere 20, announcing the arrival of the long-planned for and awaited pandemic.

PHARMA PROTECTED

In 1976, the Federal Insurance Company advised Merck that all liability, indemnity, and defense costs associated with claims arising from the new swine flu vaccine would not be covered by its insurance plan. Having absorbed the embarrassment and the economic losses caused by the polio vaccine in 1955, the pharmaceutical industry and their insurance providers were determined that would not happen again. This time, there are no worries. Drug companies have completely covered their tracks, and when reports of adverse event and deaths from the new swine flu vaccine start to roll in, they will be smiling all the way to the bank.

Flu shots were added to the Vaccine Injury Compensation Table in 2003, meaning, if anyone is injured, a claim needs to be filed through the Federal Court of Claims and it will be years before it is adjudicated. And that is just the basic layer of protection. All the drug companies have to do is whisper that this may be a "terrorist attack" and they are home free.

Before he was voted out of office in 2006, then-senator Bill Frist (R-TN), a physician, drove through a bill that gave drug companies more immunity than any bill ever passed by Congress. The legislation, referred to as "Division-E" was tacked on to a Defense appropriations bill in the final minutes of the Congressional sessions before the Christmas recess. This bill provides at least four sweeping provisions:

1. Immunity from liability for all drugs, vaccines, or biological products deemed as a covered countermeasure against bioterrorism in the event of an outbreak of any kind. The proposal is not only limited to new drugs or vaccines developed under the umbrella of "bioterrorism" or "pandemic" protection. The proposal is so broad that it could include drugs like Tylenol, Advil…and would have applied to Vioxx.
2. Immunity for any product used for any public health emergency declared by the secretary of HHS. The authority to declare an emergency now rests completely in the hands of the secretary of HHS— an appointed, non-medical person who has no accountability to the general public. The president’s hand-picked person that is part of his inner circle will have the power to mandate vaccines and other medications given to the American people.
3. Immunity from accountability. No matter what a drug company do wrong in this arena, they are protected. Even if the company’s dirty facility created a batch of contaminated vaccines that resulted in death or injury to thousands of people, the drug company will not be held accountable.
4. Immunity from lawsuits. A person who suffers any type of loss will be prohibited from suing the drug companies. Vaccine manufacturers have immunity from almost everything, perhaps even murder. The bill provisions provide a mechanism for filing a lawsuit, but the language explicitly prevents frivolous suits by setting a standard for liability more rigid than any known standard of negligence.

In simple terms, if a claim is filed by a plaintiff it can only go forward if the injured party can prove that the company performed an act of "willful misconduct" resulting in an injury or a death. In other words, the injured party would have to prove the vaccine maker intentionally caused him harm.

Division-E goes even one step further. Unbelievably, even if a pharmaceutical company knowingly harms people, the company will be immune from legal prosecution unless the U.S. attorney general initiates "enforcement action" against the drug company in the name of the claimant. This means the U.S. government would have to go to bat for the injured party for the lawsuit to move forward, as unlikely as the current swine flu fiasco being an unplanned pandemic.

NEW VACCINES READY TO ROLL OUT

The swine flu outbreak is going to benefit one of the most prolific and successful venture capital firms in the United States: Kleiner, Perkins, Caufield & Byers. Share prices have already risen for two of eight public traded companies in the firm's portfolio of Pandemic and Bio Defense investments. BioCryst, up more than 26 percent, to $2.21 per share, and Novavax, maker of viral vaccines, escalated 75 percent to $1.42 per share on the first announcement of the swine flu outbreak in Mexico.

Novavax uses genetic information and "recombinant, virus-like particle technology" to rapidly engineer a vaccine. Its technology has only been through Phase II clinical trials but might be released prematurely. Novavax’s CEO, Rahul Singhvi announced Friday, "There is an emergency authorization avenue that is available that would allow us to use the vaccine in an emergency without further testing." The Division-E provisions would protect the company from all liability.

In the fine print of the Division-E legislation, (available for download at www.drtenpenny.com so you can read it for yourself), there is a suggestion that a massive, bioterrorist vaccination program could be "voluntary." THE TRUTH ABOUT THE ROCKEFELLER DRUG EMPIRE: THE DRUG STORY

When the FDA, whose officials have to be acceptable to Rockefeller Center before they are appointed, has to put an independent operator out of business, it goes all out to execute those orders. But the orders do not come directly from Standard Oil or a drug house director. As Morris Bealle pointed out, the American Medical Association (AMA) is the front for the Drug Trust, and furnishes the quack doctors to testify that even when they know nothing of the product involved, it is their considered opinion that it has no therapeutic value.

PERSECUTION

Wrote Bealle:

"Financed by the taxpayers, these Drug Trust persecutions leave no stone unturned to destroy the victim. If he is a small operator, the resulting attorney's fees and court costs put him out of business. In one case, a Dr. Adolphus Hohensee of Scranton, Pa., who had stated that vitamins (he used natural ones) were vital to good health, was taken to court for 'misbranding' his product. The American Medical Association furnished ten medicos who reversed all known medical theories by testifying that 'vitamins are not necessary to the human body'. Confronted with government bulletins to the contrary, the medicos wiggled out of that one by declaring that these standard publications were outdated!"

The National Academy of Sciences in Washington is considered the all-wise body which investigates everything under the sun, especially in the field of health, and gives to a palpitating public the last word in that science. To the important post at the head of this agency, the Drug Trust had one of their own appointed. He was none other than Alfred N. Richards, one of the directors and largest stockholders of Merck & Company, which was making huge profits from its drug traffic.

When Bealle revealed this fact, Richards resigned forthwith, and the Rockefellers appointed in his place the President of their own Rockefeller Institution, Detlev W. Bronk.

Mexico's Calderon Declares Emergency Amid Swine Flu Outbreak By Thomas Black

April 25 (Bloomberg) -- Mexican President Felipe Calderon declared an emergency in his country's swine flu outbreak, giving him powers to order quarantines and suspend public events.

Authorities have canceled school at all levels in Mexico City and the state of Mexico until further notice, and the government has shut most public and government activities in the area. The emergency decree, published today in the state gazette, gives the president authority to take more action.

"The federal government under my charge will not hesitate a moment to take all, all the measures necessary to respond with efficiency and opportunity to this respiratory epidemic," Calderon said today during a speech to inaugurate a hospital in the southern state of Oaxaca.

At least 20 deaths in Mexico from the disease are confirmed, Health Minister Jose Cordova said yesterday. The strain is a variant of H1N1 swine influenza that has also sickened at least eight people in California and Texas. As many as 68 deaths may be attributed to the virus in Mexico, and about 1,000 people in the Mexico City area are showing symptoms of the illness, Cordoba said.

OBAMA'S VISIT

The Mexican government is distributing breathing masks to curtail the disease's spread. There is no vaccine against the new strain of swine flu, health authorities said.

Museums, theaters and other venues in the Mexico City area, where large crowds gather, have shut down voluntarily and concerts and other events canceled to help contain the disease. Two professional soccer games will be played tomorrow in different Mexico City stadiums without any fans, El Universal newspaper reported. Catholic masses will be held, the newspaper said, although church officials urged worshipers to wear breath masks and to avoid contact.

Schools will likely remain closed next week, Calderon said in the Oaxaca speech. The decree allows Calderon to regulate transportation, enter any home or building for inspection, order quarantines and assign any task to all federal, state and local authorities as well as health professionals to combat the disease.

"The health of Mexicans is a cause that we're defending with unity and responsibility," Calderon said. "I know that although it's a grave problem, a serious problem, we're going to overcome it."

NORMAL AIRPORT OPERATIONS

Mexico City's international airport, which handles about 70,000 passengers each day, is operating normally, said Victor Mejia, a spokesman. Passengers are given a questionnaire asking if they have flu symptoms and recommending they cancel their trip and see a doctor if they do. The measures are voluntary, Mejia said, and no case of swine flu in airport passengers, workers or visitors has been confirmed.

Authorities throughout Central America have issued alerts to prevent the outbreak from spreading. Guatemala ordered tighter control yesterday of its northern border with Mexico, according to EFE. Gerberth Morales, who's heading the Guatemala government's response, said no cases of swine flu have been reported in his country, the Spanish news agency reported.

Brazil is intensifying vigilance in ports, airports and borders to check travelers' health, luggage, aircrafts and ships in a preventive action against the outbreak in Mexico, the Agency for Sanitary Vigilance said on its Web site. http://www.rense.com/general85/ob1.htm

Federal Lawsuit Filed Against Janet Napolitano Over Homeland Security’s Rightwing Extremism Policy

ANN ARBOR, MI – The Thomas More Law Center, a national public interest law firm based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, announced today that it has filed a federal lawsuit against Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano. The lawsuit claims that her Department’s “Rightwing Extremism Policy,” as reflected in the recently publicized Intelligence Assessment, “ Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment,” violates the civil liberties of combat veterans as well as American citizens by targeting them for disfavored treatment on account of the political beliefs.

The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan on behalf of nationally syndicated conservative radio talk show host Michael Savage, Gregg Cunningham (President of the pro-life organization Center for Bio-Ethical Reform, Inc (CBR)), and Iraqi War Marine veteran Kevin Murray. The Law Center claims that Napolitano’s Department (DHS) has violated the First and Fifth Amendment Constitutional rights of these three plaintiffs by attempting to chill their free speech, expressive association, and equal protection rights. The lawsuit further claims that the Department of Homeland Security encourages law enforcement officers throughout the nation to target and report citizens to federal officials as suspicious rightwing extremists and potential terrorists because of their political beliefs.

Richard Thompson, President and Chief Counsel of the Thomas More Law Center stated, “The Obama Administration has declared war on American patriots and our Constitution. The Report even admits that the Department has no specific information on any plans of violence by so-called ‘rightwing extremists.’ Rather, what they do have is the expression of political opinions by certain individuals and organizations that oppose the Obama administration’s policies, and this expression is protected speech under the First Amendment.”

Thompson added, “Janet Napolitano is lying to the American people when she says the Report is not based on ideology or political beliefs. In fact, her report would have the admiration of any current or past dictator in the way it targets political opponents.”

The Report specifically mentions the following political beliefs that law enforcement should use to determine whether someone is a “rightwing extremist”:

• Opposes restrictions on firearms• Opposes lax immigration• Opposes the policies of President Obama regarding immigration, citizenship and the expansion of social programs• Opposes continuation of free trade agreements • Opposes same-sex marriage• Has paranoia of foreign regimes• Fear of Communist regimes• Opposes one world government• Bemoans the decline of U.S. stature in the world.• Upset with loss of U.S. manufacturing jobs to China and India• . . . and the list goes on

The Law Center is asking the court to declare that the DHS policy violates the First and Fifth Amendments, to permanently enjoin the Policy and its application to the plaintiffs’ speech and other activities, and to award the plaintiffs their reasonable attorney’s fees and costs for having to bring the lawsuit.

Voters for Peace is joining in the call for impeachment of Judge Jay Bybee of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Bybee was the primary author of legal memoranda justifying torture during the Bush administration. When he was confirmed for the federal bench this information was not known, in fact it was denied by many. But now that it is known, how can he remain a judge in the U.S. federal courts? His lifetime appointment will continue the legacy of torture under President Bush, rather than put it behind us. Please write your representative in Congress urging his impeachment.

Torture violates U.S. law: Section 2340A of title 18 of the U.S. Code says this: "Whoever outside the United States commits or attempts to commit torture shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both, and if death results to any person from conduct prohibited by this subsection, shall be punished by death or imprisoned for any term of years or for life."

And, torture violates international treaties to which the U.S. has agreed to follow. The Convention Against Torture requires criminal prosecution of "an act by any person which constitutes complicity or participation in torture" or in "cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment." And the Geneva Conventions ban "violence to life and person, in particular murder of all kinds, mutilation, cruel treatment and torture," as well as "outrages upon personal dignity, in particular humiliating and degrading treatment."

The purpose of the Bybee Memos was to provide legal cover for American torturers. To allow the "just following orders defense" and to be able to point to these absurd memos to demonstrate the orders were lawful. Everyone involved knew they were torturing, knew they were inflicting pain, knew they were violating the law. In 1992, and again in 1996, Bill Clinton did not win the majority vote in Arkansas, his home state. Note in the footnote below on this Paul Greenberg quote from an editorial that this was - and still is - posted on a US-based Jewish website. No, Clinton was not the Messiah and no, he was not respected, admired and held on high by most sane Jews.

To have the total financial control and decision making authorities all placed into the hands of corrupt socialist morons in Washington, DC. Many have already come out against the Barky Health Plan because it would put the for-profit entities out of business and nationalize medical care in the US. This is the Hillary plan all slicked-up as Barky's Plan. Provided Barky can survive the challenge to his eligibility to even run for President, he probably plans to nominate Hillary to head up DHHS just like Slick did when he put Donna Shalala in to lead the charge to nationalize the entire US medical industry.

Many Americans never asked the right questions regarding those people Slick appointed. Donna Shalala is a Hillary buddy from way back in trying to undermine all that is good about America and push us all under the tyranny of socialist communism run by the DC Zionist Criminal Cabal.

Some are already beginning to think through the implications of what Barky has said and they do not add up to anything good for America, just the Elitist snobs who are behind this plan.

I think most Americans who consider Barky's health care proposal will reject it. The cretins of DC want to have the authority to deny certain procedures to the elderly. Many Americans are now against the use of Ritalin to 'control children' since it is now known that it damages the brains of young children...for LIFE. Most Americans do not know that the entire "Crazy Check" scam was invented by Hillary Clinton and Lani Guanier (remember her? she was denied confirmation as DOJ Civil Rights head) as a means to get Big Pharma money behind Bill Clinton. That entire scam was started in Arkansas and I removed my child from public schools and put him in private schools due to their overbearing attempt to put all of Arkansas' children on Ritalin. The 'Crazy Check' aspect was to suck more money out of Social Security for those parents who played along since their children were 'crazy.'

I have said for years that the DNC should change its party acronym to BMW, Bitchers, Moaners and Whiners of America.

SUPREME COURT

When Clinton first pushed the partial-birth abortion matter, Americans did not see that as the ruse it was. Clinton wanted some 'shock & awe' political issue on the table to consume America's focus while he was handing key US technology out the back door to his buddies over in China. The two matters coincided and by keepingAmerica focused on the new type of abortion, few noticed Clinton's treason against the United States. This political non-issue failed before and will fail again.

Even though the US Supreme Court recently affirmed that the Second Amendment is indeed the Law of the Land, the Democrats are still pushing every legal weasel way they can dream up to disarm America. That is part of the Zionist New World Order strategy for compelling global government onAmerica. Those 100 million or so hunters and armed Americans are too large of a 'potential army' to push us all under...until and unless they disarm America.

I am hopeful that one day Americans will wake up and understand the difference in a political issue and a moral issue. Abortion is one of those non-political issues that has been used to facture America into little camps and that is exactly what its creators intended to do. There are many such issues that are not political but muck up the scene every election year. Animal rights is not a political issue. Abortion is not a political issue. All of these little cottage industries were invented to fracture Americato its core.

ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES

The DNC factions have tried for years to block any and all attempts to develop US natural and energy resources. They seem to fawn over the environment as long as it is the US and care not that such actions will rape other nations. There is no balance in their logic and the pretense of caring about Earth usually extends about as far as their backyard...if that far. With the DNC Sleaze Factory blowing up in their faces regarding Sarah Palin, even arch-envirotwit Nancy Pelosi is now willing to consider offshore drilling, with conditions, of course. What a hypocritical political whore.

Of course, on August 3, 2008 Pelosi would not let a vote on offshore drilling to come to the House floor.

First, if they want to teach your child about gay sex, or alternative lifestyles, or condoms, or oral or anal sex or whatever, that is their choice in DC, not yours. Second, if they want to brainwash your child that your moral values are totally irrelevant and the only things that matter is what the Zionist New World Order wants your child to believe, that is their decision to make, not yours. I am certain that every 5 year-old will have to pass a test that partial birth abortion and abortion are quite okay, regardless of what their parents think on that subject. Of course, part of the curriculum will be SSRI and Ritalin type drugs for those children who do not want to play along and if Mommy and Daddy object to such teachings, they may lose their children as unfit parents.

Third, if they want your child to believe that energy independence is 'evil' so they can still sell fabricated wars they intend to teach them just that. They will be taught that animals have rights superior to humans and since the animals cannot speak English the children must speak for the animals. They will be taught that hunting is evil and anyone who thinks they need to own a gun is a pervert and a threat to them and society.

Fourth, if they want your child to believe that racial intermarriage is preferred over marrying within one's race, they will do just that.

Fifth, if they want your children to believe that illegal immigration is okay and not a serious threat to the economy, culture, values, language and morals of America, they will teach your children just that, regardless of what you think about it.

Sixth, if you think high taxes are death to economic freedom and prosperity, they will teach your child that they are Global Citizens and what you think is outdated, racist and selfish. The children will be taught that socialism and surrendering to the Zionist New World Order is the only politically correct, DNC approved humanist thing to do.

Seventh, if they want to teach your child that there is no God and all moral teachings are archaic and against progress, they will teach your child just that and your opinion does not matter. They want to federalize the meanings and the teachings of what values are and which values are deemed appropriate for the Zionist New World Order. The DC Zionist Criminal Cabal has a plan and they intend to ram it down your throat or up your ass, whichever you prefer.

Eighth, if you want your child to be a critical and independent thinker, that ability will be totally discouraged by the Zionist New World Order. The most dangerous thing to their evil plans is people who can think and act to resist their deceitful aims of subjugation. Ninth, your children will be taught that obedience to Big Brother and the Global Order is more important than obedience to their parents.

Now, I know exactly where the conservative side of the aisle stands on the evil objectives of this Zionist Criminal Cabal. Many of them are waking up and do not buy off on this bullshit direction for America. Lest you missed it, many Americans crossed over the aisle and voted to take the House and Senate away from Bush on the idle, hollow and false promises that the DNC intended to end the war in Iraq.

They talked, they lied, the Iraq War just kept right on going with the Democrats approving ALL funding and not even investigating the lies on WMD, imminent threat or alleged links to Al Qaeda.
