The HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) website has been down for the past 3 weeks. It was ordered taken down by the US government to conceal US weather modification and earthquake inducing warfare activities against foreign states. The HAARP website was publishing very damaging evidence of US military weather modification and earthquake triggering operations against foreign states. HAARP’s waterfall charts and magnetometer charts gave evidence of an ongoing weather war between the United States government and foreign states. The magnetometer presented concrete evidence that HAARP triggered the Japan earthquake and ensuing tsunami.

HAARP’s magnetometer can be used to predict as well as give evidence of a HAARP created earthquake. A magnetometer measures disturbances in the magnetic field in Earth’s upper atmosphere. HAARP was broadcasting a 2.5 Hz frequency (the signature frequency of an earthquake) from just before midnight on March 8, 2011 and continued to broadcast the frequency for the entire days of March 9, 2011 and March 10, 2011. The 2.5 Hz frequency continued to be broadcasted and recorded by the magnetometer for another 10 hours the day of the Japan 9.0 magnitude earthquake.

Scientists at the HAARP institute discovered that a 2.5 Hz radio frequency is the signature frequency of an earthquake. Since this discovery the HAARP phased array antennas have been used by the US military to beam the earthquake frequency into the ionosphere and the ionosphere reflects it back to Earth – penetrating as deeply as several kilometers into the ground, depending on the geological makeup and subsurface water conditions in a targeted area.. By beaming the frequency at a specific trajectory HAARP can trigger an earthquake any place on Earth. A short burst isn’t enough to disturb solid matter (the Earth crust) so they keep beaming the 2.5 Hz earthquake frequency for hours or days – until the desired effect is achieved.

The Environmental Modification Convention (ENMOD) prohibits the military or other hostile use of environmental modification techniques. It opened for signature on 18 May 1977 in Geneva and entered into force on 5 October 1978. A Chronological History of the New World Order

To understand how collusion takes place in the Federal Reserve one must know the history of fractional banking. Fractional Banking is the ability to create money from nothing, lend it to the government or another consumer and charge interest on this fiat money. This practice dates back to the time of goldsmiths.

Illuminati: Who are They?

These goldsmiths would rent out space in their vaults to individuals and merchants for storage of their gold or silver. A depositor receipt would be given to show the amount of gold or silver stored in the goldsmiths vault. After time the goldsmiths noticed that small amounts of the overall reserves would move in and out of the vault but the majority of the wealth would stay in the vault. This was due to the fact that on the market the depositor receipts acted like currency. The goldsmiths quickly realized a chance for profits by issuing double receipts for the gold and silver, in effect creating money(certificates) from nothing and lending those certificates to others charging interest.

Since the certificates represented more gold than actually existed, the certificates were “fractionally” backed by gold. The United States has used the fractional banking system since its birth in 1776, however since 1933 there has been no gold standard backing our currency.

England also uses this fractional banking system and has since 1694 when William III granted a royal charter to the concept of a “monopoly” bank which would create money for loans that would never be repaid and the permanent National Debt was born.

By the time of the discovery of the new World, England had used this policy to the point of market collapse. England saw the colonies as a chance to make more profit with taxes and the control of money issue. The founding fathers fought a long and expensive war against the British rule and won, almost. When England lost the Revolutionary War with America, they planned to control us by controlling our banking system, the printing of our money, and our debt.

Meanwhile, the founding fathers were heavily debating the economic model for the United States. Both Thomas Jefferson and James Madison wanted additional amendments in the constitution that would protect the people from monopolies but could not come to an agreement.

The First Bank of the United States was created in 1791 and chartered for 20 years but was not renewed due to public outrage over policy. The Second Bank of theUnited States was established in 1816 and doubled the amount of banks in the country in a short amount of time. The country began to boom and move westward then the bank stopped printing money in order to control inflation. The result was many bankruptcies and foreclosures which the bank then took control over those assets that were used as security against the loans.

Looking closely at this Second Bank of the United States it is clear that the bank caused inflation by printing more money than was backed and then the bank constricted the money supply causing deflation. This process is exactly the one that Thomas Jefferson warned against in the earlier quote.

The second bank’s charter ran out in 1836. From 1836 to 1913 the United States operated without a central bank and it has been said to be the most prosperous time of the country. What followed would be the greatest injustice against the American people ever to be committed.

The elite bankers, foreign and domestic, who owned the first two United States Banks, saw the financial prosperity that elapsed after 1836 and they wanted it, all of it. Using these tools, the Fed is able to influence the supply and demand for money and thus directly control the federal funds short-term rate that’s always fixed unless the Fed wishes to raise or lower it. Longer rates are controlled by the powerful institutional traders in the bond market. The Federal Open Market Committee is the key to the whole process of money creation or contraction. It consists of 12 members – seven members of the Board of Fed Governors, the president of the New York Fed Bank (the most important one of all) and four of the remaining 11 Reserve Bank presidents who serve one year terms on a rotating basis.(11)

The FOMC literally has the power to create money out of nothing. It does it in a four step process:

Step 1 – The FOMC first approves the purchase of US government bonds on the open market.

Step 2 – The New York Fed bank buys them from sellers (financial markets always have an equal number of buyers and sellers).

Step 3 – The Fed pays for its purchases with electronic credits to the sellers’ banks, which, in turn, credit the sellers’ bank accounts. These credits are literally created out of nothing.

Step 4 – The banks receiving the credits can then use them as reserves to enable them to loan out as much as 10 times their amount (if their reserve requirement is 10%) through the magic (only banks have) of fractional reserve banking and, of course, collect interest on all of it. What a business, and it’s all legal. Imagine how rich we might all be if we as private individuals could do the same thing. Borrow a million from the Fed and like magic it becomes 10 times as much and we get to collect interest on all but the 10% of it we must hold in reserve. This is the magic of fractional reserve banking money creation and explains how powerful an economic stimulus it is when the Fed wants to enhance economic growth. (11)

The Federal Reserve System exists only to serve its owners and member banks and in doing so is hostile to the public interest. That’s because it’s a banking cartel with the power to restrict competition for greater profits gained at our expense. It goes from our pockets to theirs, and the public loses in at least four ways:

One - Through the invisible tax of inflation that results from the dilution of purchasing power caused by newly created money entering the system reducing the value of dollars already there. The Greenspan Fed was especially expansive, never was held to account for its excess and was able to pass a serious problem it created on to a future Fed chairman and society to deal with. The man we now lionize as a monetary magician began sensibly. From 1982, before he arrived in 1987, until 1992, the money supply increased on average by 8% a year. But from 1992 – 2002, the printing press worked overtime in sync with the deregulation and growth of global markets expanding the currency by more than 12% a year. It became even more extreme post 9/11 and since 2002 grew at a 15% rate. It now has more than doubled in less than a decade. It appears that the new Fed chairman has taken note and has begun reducing the rate of money expansion as he continues raising the federal funds rate to whatever level he has in mind.

Currency traders as well apparently have taken note of the rate of money supply expansion overall. Except for a respite in 2005, it’s quite likely the dollar weakness since 2002 is the result of the excess amount of them created for the Bush administration’s profligate spending to fund its endless wars and reckless tax cuts for the rich. The problem is further compounded as from 1964 to the present debt service has grown from 9% to 16.5% of the federal budget and rising; the current account deficit has gone from a 1% surplus to an almost 7% deficit; and federal indebtedness has grown by 40% just since 2001 and financed in large part by “the kindness of (foreign) strangers” that may be growing restive.(11) Furthermore, since March, 2006, the Fed stopped publishing the M-3 aggregate of the total amount of dollars in circulation.(8) With that transparency gone, big buyers of US Treasuries now have to calculate the value of the dollar based on speculation and uncertainty rather than hard data – not a way to inspire trust in the financial markets that function best in an atmosphere of openness and clarity.(4)

Two - The public also loses because the banking cartel is able to practice usury – from its power over a flexible currency to artificially move rates up or down to any level it chooses which many small lenders in a truly free and open market can’t do. In addition, the cartel’s market dominance forces most borrowers (especially smaller ones less able to issue their own debt instruments) to come to them for loans which it’s then able to make using what should be the peoples’ money available to them at the lowest possible cost from many highly government regulated small lenders competing for customers.(5)

Three - Through the taxes, we, the public, must pay to cover the interest on the huge national debt (now over $8.4 trillion) accumulated from the money the Fed printed and loaned to the government.(11) Meaning that the United States Budget Deficit is no more than a tab we owe to the FED and to cover the bonds issued for using the Federal Reserve notes. Now the deficit totals an annualized amount exceeding two-thirds of a trillion dollars and increasing daily. It’s made the banker’s rich, ordinary people poorer and the public none the wiser it’s been fleeced big time.

Four - Compounding the above abuse, the cartel is able to get the public to bail out the system with more of its tax dollars. It happens whenever any of the too-big-to-fail banks need financial help to survive. The same is true for big corporations like Chrysler or Lockheed, large investment firms or hedge funds like Long-Term Capital Management or even countries like Mexico. It’s also true when a single bank goes out of business and depositors must be compensated or more seriously in the wake of a systemic financial meltdown like the one that wiped out many savings and loan banks in the 1980s. Whether it’s a single bank or many dozens at a time, public tax dollars are used to save the system or just pick up the tab to repay depositors insured against losses through government insurance protection up to a stipulated amount per account

The Fed harms the public welfare in one other important way, and again most people are none the wiser about it. Supposedly the Federal Reserve System was established to stabilize the economy, smooth out the business cycle, maintain a healthy rate of sustainable growth while holding prices steady and benefiting everyone. So how well has

it done its job? Since its creation in 1913, and with them in charge, we had the crashes of 1921 and the most important and remembered one in 1929. That was followed by The Great Depression that lasted until the onset of World War II that noted conservative economist Milton Friedman explained was caused and exacerbated because the Federal Reserve oddly decided to reduce the money supply at a time of economic contraction instead of increasing it.(7) We then had recessions in 1953, 1957, 1969, 1975, 1981, 1990 and 2001. We also had inflation beginning in the 1960s which became quite severe through much of the 1970s and early 1980s. And we had a major banking crisis in the 1980s at which time more banks and savings and loan associations failed than ever before in our history. It happened in the wake of financial market deregulation when banks were allowed to pursue their own interests without government oversight to check their willingness to assume excess risk or stop them from trying to get away with deliberate fraud. Along with the economic stability the Fed never achieved, we’ve also had soaring consumer debt; record high federal budget and trade deficits; a high level of personal bankruptcies and rising mortgage loan delinquencies; interest on a mounting national debt that’s a large and rising percentage of the federal budget; the loss of our manufacturing base and it’s high-paying jobs with good benefits because they’re being exported to low wage countries; an economy in which services now account for nearly 80% of all business that provide mostly lower paying, less skilled jobs with few or no benefits; and a widening income and wealth gap that continues to harm lower and middle income earners to benefit the rich and well-off privileged few and a government that encourages it.(4)

This information can be overwhelming but it was designed that way to keep the public in the dark. The bottom line is that the Federal Reserve is an illegal banking entity that harms us all. This paper was meant to be in respect to a Microeconomics subject but how can one worry about the price-cost relationship of a single firm when the entire system is corrupted. This whole problem could be regulated and changed if only Congress took back the responsibilities that are intrinsically theirs to coin and regulate currency. I'll explain the connection later to the gathering economic catastrophe, but some background is necessary to put it all in the context that it needs to be seen.

Ask most people about Zionism and they will say 'that's the Jews', but while this is the impression the Rothschild networks in politics and the media have sought very successfully to 'sell' as 'common knowledge', it is not true. It represents only a minority of them and many others who are not Jewish.

Rothschild Zionism in its public expression is a political ideology based on a homeland for Jewish people in Palestine and a belief that the Jews are God's 'chosen race' with a God-given right to the 'promised land' of Israel (historically this is nonsense, as I show in my books)

They also believe that the real borders of Israel must encompass what is now Israel, including Gaza and the West Bank still officially owned by the Palestinians, plus Lebanon, Iraq, Syria, Egypt and Jordan, or, as Genesis puts it: '... from the brook of Egypt to the Euphrates'.

The derrick in the Gulf of Mexico has been releasing up to 100,000 barrels of oil per day resulting in the shut-off of most Gulf oil. Did the Illuminati elite order the derrick to be destroyed to create global scarcity of oil and drive up the price?

The horrible disaster in the Gulf of Mexico grows more and more dreadful each passing day as up to 100,000 barrels of black goo shoot up like a pluming rocket, straight up out of the fiery bowels of the sea floor.

But even as the residents of Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and the other Gulf states become drenched in black misery, across the globe a small clique of super-rich plutocrats are enjoying a diametrically opposite reaction. In fact, these calculating agents of deceit are celebrating the BP disaster with unmatched, gleeful joy. Their outrageous scheme has worked to perfection, and their bank accounts already show forth the astonishing success of their little sub-oceanic endeavor.

I’m referring to Rothschild and to his cohorts in crime, the freshly minted billionaire oil oligarchs of Israel and the surprisingly capitalistic new oil barons of Communist Red China.

Never in human history have so few profited so immensely while pulling the wool over the eyes of the ignorant, suffering masses.

Now, it may take a little doing for me to explain the incredible, dark reality of what has just happened to the people of America and to the nations of the world, but let me attempt to do just that in the succeeding brief paragraphs.

Your Future is at Stake

Why are these things important to you? Well, for one thing, your economic future depends on the price of oil. Oil, let us admit, fuels the world.

Two years ago I released a bombshell intelligence report entitled Planet Petroleum. Remember it?

At that time, Wall Street and the White House were telling us that oil was a rapidly declining resource and in a few more decades none would be left. The price per barrel, the “experts” told us, would be $250 within a few brief months. Indeed, almost immediately oil’s price shot up to a staggering $147 per barrel and its astronomical rise was expected to continue.

The United States has more oil reserves than all the rest of the world’s nations combined. There is no reason to buy even one single barrel outside the US.

But in my report, I unmasked the lies of Wall Street, the government, and the oil titans and reported the truth: That the planet is awash in petroleum, that there is a never ending supply underground, and that the world would never - repeat, never! - run out of the black stuff. I further reported that in the United States, in the Bakken oil formation in the Dakotas and Montana, geologists had discovered more oil than exists in the entire Middle East.

And - get this - I documented that there is more oil stored nearby in the Gulf of Mexico than had heretofore been discovered by oil drillers throughout the world in all the annals of human history.

My Prediction Comes True

What’s more, I revealed that the $140+ price of oil was a scam, boosted artificially by Wall Street bankers (Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs), and I told anyone who would listen that the outrageous high price would soon come tumbling down!

Guess what?

It did exactly that. Within the year the price per barrel had plummeted from its $147 peak to only $32 per barrel. The price now sits at or about $78. In other words, the U.S.A. has more oil available on this continent than all the rest of the world’s nations combined.

There is no reason - none, none, none - for us to buy even one single barrel from some foreign potentate in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, or Venezuela.

Every American Citizen is Fabulously Rich!

Can you imagine what this means for our economic fortune? Each of us - you and I and our kids and grandchildren - are rich, rich beyond belief.

A conservative estimate of our oil wealth would be that every man, woman, and child alive in the 50 American states is worth a minimum of Five Million Dollars.

Each of us is joint heir of this nation’s massive deposits of black gold sitting unused underground publicly-owned land and under our coastal waters. Think of it - we are all rich and no one, except the greedy elite - suspects it. The people are kept in total, abject stupidity.

Instead, from the early days of Rockefeller’s Standard Oil monopoly to today, we have been lied to and tricked into believing that oil is a rare, dwindling resource and that America must turn its eyes overseas to find sufficient energy to meet even our basic needs.

What an outrageous lie we have all been fed.

The Gulf Oil Disaster A Criminal Act

Now let me explain to you the main points of what has happened in the Gulf of Mexico and in the decade leading up to this horrible tragedy.

Under the ruse of preventing Saddam Hussein from launching nonexistent “weapons of mass destruction,” Bush and Cheney invaded Iraq and seized that nation’s gigantic store of oil. Iraq is second only to Saudi Arabia in global oil production.

The U.S.A. then built permanent military bases adjacent to every major Iraqi oil field production facility. This is why we will remain in Iraq indefinitely, to insure the oil flow and gigantic profits continue.

After the conquest of Saddam Hussein’s Iraqi oil fields by the Bush-Cheney administration, oil pipelines were built and began shipping the stolen Iraqi oil through Israel to Rothschild controlled tankers waiting at the Israeli-Lebanon sea coasts. These tankers then make their way to China.

The U.S.A. immediately began to build new Iraqi oil pipelines through to Israel, and to Israeli-controlled Lebanese ports where the huge quantities of Iraqi oil are loaded onto waiting oil tankers and transported by sea to China and India. Israel is now an oil-rich theocratic superstate.

Rothschild is Israel’s hidden dictator and financial overlord.

This Iraqi oil is “owned” lock, stock, and barrel by Rothschild’s front companies. The profit from this oil scam - secreted away in Tel Aviv banks - now reaches obscene levels. To pacify the Iraqis, a pittance is given to the Baghdad government. Iraq’s corrupt politicians and Moslem Imams also get their cut.

In China (and to a lesser extent, India), Rothschild and his Jewish banking minions have founded dummy national oil corporations and constructed an astonishing number of new oil refineries. After processing of the crude petroleum, tankers proceed to transport the finished product to distribution outlets and tank storage facilities in China and across the oceans, including in the United States.

Chinese national oil companies (actually Rothschild clones) are now the major petroleum suppliers to the whole world. Yet, China possesses little oil of its own - China’s oil largesse comes from its cooperative dealings with Rothschild, Israel, and the U.S.A.

Because of the global oversupply problem - too much oil being drilled and pumped up out of the earth - it was decided that the booming Gulf of Mexico oil source must be indefinitely closed down. Chevron, Conoco, Exxon-Mobil, BP and other multinational oil corporations would henceforth be either limited or prohibited from operating oil derricks in the Gulf.

Pemex, the Mexican national oil company, would also be limited in its production, and, down south, Brazil’s national oil corporation, Petrobras, would be given a strict quota.

China is now the preferred #1 oil spigot for all the world’s economies. Rothschild’s Jewish oil billionaire pals in Israel as well as China’s Communist bureaucrats are today the planet’s new masters of oil.

BP, an oil company already infamous for its despoiling the earth, has been made the scapegoat for the closing of much of the Gulf of Mexico’s oil spigots.

In preparation for the derrick’s destruction, much of BP’s assets were transferred in advance of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill disaster to other Rothschild affiliates across the world in Libya and the Middle East, and especially the majority of its Russian oil assets, which were turned over to four Russian Jewish billionaires, called the “Oligarchs.”

With the knowledge of the Obama administration, a British Royal Navy submarine was used to torpedo BP’s Deepwater Horizon oil derrick, initiating the environmental disaster we now face on our coastlines.

The American people and, indeed, the whole people of Earth, are aghast at what has happened in the Gulf of Mexico. Their minds are thus conditioned and ready to accept drilling moratoriums and put an end to would-be plans for American energy independence.

THE FED FEARS THE POPULATION WILL BECOME AWARE OF THIS FRAUD AND DEMAND CHANGE


We, the People, are at fault for being passive and allowing this to continue. THE FEDERAL RESERVE BOARD, A GOVERNMENT BOARD, HAS CHEATED THE GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OUT OF ENOUGH MONEY TO PAY THE NATIONAL DEBT SEVERAL TIMES OVER. The depredations and the iniquities of the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal Reserve banks acting together have cost this country dearly.

They are private credit monopolies which prey upon the people of the United States for the benefit of themselves and their foreign customers; foreign and domestic speculators and swindlers; the rich and predatory money lenders. This is an era of economic misery and for the reasons that caused that misery, the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal Reserve banks are fully liable. CONSIDER THIS AS THE SOLUTION:

Currently all we do is exchange FED money (interest attached) for real U.S. money (interest-free) dollar for dollar as Kennedy tried to do. We should not be required to pay interest on our own currency. According to Benjamin Franklin, this was one of the primary reasons we fought the Revolutionary War. Today we are still fighting the same family of bankers (Reference 4, Reference 1, P. 211, 212).

The U.S. Government can buy back the FED at any time for $450 million (per Congressional record). The U.S. Treasury could then collect all the profit on our money instead of the 300 original shareholders of the FED. The $4 trillion of U.S. debt could be exchanged dollar for dollar with U.S. non- interest bearing currency when the debt becomes due. There would be no inflation because there would be no additional currency in circulation. Personal income tax could be cut if we bought back the FED and therefore, the economy would expand. According to the Constitution, Congress is to control the creation of money, keeping the amount of inflation or deflation in check. If Congress isn't doing their job, they should be voted out of office. Unfortunately, voters can't vote the FED or its Chairman out of office.

If the government has a deficit, we could handle it as Lincoln and Kennedy did. Print money and circulate it into the economy, but this time interest-free. Today the FED, through foreign banks, owns much of our debt and therefore controls us. The FED will cease to exist as taxpayers become informed and tell other taxpayers.
